Established in 2010, we have built our reputation by respecting, understanding and exceeding the needs of our customers. By focusing solely on London and it’s surrounding areas, we are specialists in developing homes that truly enhance the capital, delivering much needed high-quality housing and responding to the needs of its residents. London Square started with £50m (232m AED) of capital and has now grown to more than £265m (1.2b AED) of tangible gross assets, with a land pipeline of more than 3,850 homes valued at circa £2.3bn (10.8bn AED). We plan to increase this to more than £3.5bn (16.5bn AED) through further acquisitions.

Aldar’s Relationship with London Square
Aldar marked its first expansion outside of the MENA region with the acquisition of a 100% stake in London Square in 2023. The acquisition is aligned with Aldar’s strategic vision of expanding into key and mature international markets.
